We start all projects with a professional design and planning consultation lasting about 3 hours. By sketching quickly we can go from broad concepts to verifying details. In this way a master plan is created looking at available options to be kept by the client. The price for this service is $400.00 plus consideration for mileage if over 30 miles from Duluth or the Twin Cities.

Overview
Architect and Planner Gary Turpening, principal at Architecture Direct, offers full design services to the architecture and construction communities and to the general public.
Through our Consultation process (see Special Offers), we help clients visualize and describe their ideal project to make their goals a reality within the budget. We provide onsite visits to survey the project?s natural features, topography, views or vistas, to chart the sun?s path, and much more. In addition to real time computer models in 3D, we still provide hand-drawn sketches of our clients' concepts. This gives our clients the best understanding of their options at the concept stage of a project. Contract Documents are prepared using AutoCADD and standard AIA specifications.
