I work at a high end salon on 5th Avenue in New York City and I can tell you that not one employee acts like that. This place has a long way to go with their "cutting egde" razor cutting skills. Just because you use a razor without a guard doesn't mean anything. Thier skills are extremely old school and they need some help with their early 90's graduated bobs. Her comments about someone from AZ probably not being a good stylist because their from AZ is complete madness. There are plenty of talented people out thereand Krissana has loads of potential, its people like that, that will try to keep her down. These people need to be put in their place!

I have gone to this salon for quite sometime. I have always had great service and the stylist Lisa that I have used is AMAZING!!! I missed the original airing of Twiggs episode of Split Ends....wish I hadn't caught the rerun on 7/5 after seeing the episode of Split Ends where the WICKED WITCH (w/ a B) OF THE MID-WEST strutted around like a spoiled little brat. I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone. Shauna should be ASHAMED of herself! I am a thin person but was totally offended by her comment about "Fat" people....yes she may have been referring to workers in her salon. I guess unless you fit into her cookie cutter "STEPFORD STYLIST" mold you can't work there no matter how skilled you are. Does she have a scale in the back room and make them all weigh in everyday? I can not believe she is a business owner.....she and her behavior were the WORST advertisement for a business I have ever seen! Shame on you Shauna, you & your behavior reflected poorly on you, your business and your staff. I will miss having Lisa do my hair but I wont give one cent to a business owner like Shauna who looks and acts more like she should have been working the corner of Lake and Hennepin rather than downtown Wayzata.
