Okay, my boss's computer (which was near death in the first place) finally died while they were making their best effort to install a new optical drive. They understood our need to have the computer back fast. They ALWAYS answered the phone and knew what the heck was going on. And, finally, when we had to buy a new computer, they were extremely generous with their knowledge, resources, and time. Yay!
