Karin's Window Cleaning came out to my house last spring (May 2007). First they came out and wrote up an estimate (I didn't need to be home for that). Then after I got the estimate and saw that it was reasonable, I scheduled them to come to my house to clean. They were very professional, moved the bigger items of furniture if they needed to be moved, made sure I was happy with everything, made suggestions for the next time they would need to come out. Overall, I had a very positive experience with them and will use them again. (They also have a website, which can be helpful if you're wondering what services they offer.)
