My fiance, Jeff, had been taking me engagement ring shopping for the past 6 months or so. We found THE perfect ring at another jeweler but found the price to be out of our price range and the customer service to be less than helpful. So after Jeff had taken me to many other jewelers and not being able to find another ring that I was just as happy with...he surprised me with THE perfect ring the night he proposed. Come to find out, he had taken the photos of that same ring (from their website) and brought it to Monique's where she made an EXACT replica, if not better, than what I had originally picked out. I didn't even know it wasn't the same exact ring until he told me! I was blown away! Monique's level of customer service, attention to detail and making you feel so important during this special time in your ilfe was like that of no other out there! We have a lot of friends who are also getting engaged, married, celebrating anniversaries, etc. and we continue to mention her name! Kudos to her!

Last summer, my fiance and I first went to other jewelry stores looking for that perfect engagement ring. After searching through many stores, we saw Monique's on this website and decided to give it a try. From that moment on, we knew we'd get the ring from Monique's. She always works directly with you and will do whatever it takes to get what you want. We found her knowledge of the jewelry industry to be outstanding and very helpful when comparing diamonds. She has the access to diamonds like a more well-known jeweler has, but gives you that "small town feel" at each visit. We were never pressured - she liked it when we would say exactly what we thought, because it helped her narrow the search to find the perfect stone and setting. Her guarantee is great - the same as other jewelry stores. We will always go back to Monique's for future purchases. There's no other place where we can get the personal attention, honesty, and great quality that we get at Monique's.
