I was a Larkin dancer myself and have returned to this Larkin family 18 years later with my two children. My teachers were the Larkin Sisters; Mary Kay(1985), Molly and Michelle(86-90) and I am really glad that my 3-year-old daughter was able to start with Mary Kay too and my son will be able to start next year as well. I have experienced this wonderful studio and it's family as a student and now I get to experience it again as a parent. They also have classes for the adults so when I can afford it I go back and become a student all over again. I'm proud to say I'm a part of the very large Larkin family and I'm proud to have my children go here as well. I don't think I could send them anywhere else and know that they would get the same kind of quality I know they would here. What other studio has the majority of the family involved that are so proud of everything they have done and are excited about what they will soon do? Shirley the founder is most always there to talk with parents and dancers... and her daughters Mary Kay, Michelle and Molly are there teaching their students “success begins today”, dance fundamentals, stage presents, self respect, respect of others, self discipline and the drive to not be ordinary when you can be extraordinary. Thank you to my teachers for everything you have taught me and will soon teach my children.
Pros: The teachers that make the quality of dance so rewarding.
Cons: The price can feel a bit high if you’re on a budget but it is definitely worth it.

I am so impressed with the staff and instruction at Larkin. My daughter was struggling at another school, so we decided to make the switch to larkin, she has only had 2 classes and has made a major improvment!!! At her old school the class was so large, my daughter never got one on one attention with the teacher, at larkin she does!!! I can't wait to see what the future holds for her, and her sister who will be joining her soon!!! There location is allright and there is pro's and con's to it, but all around I would recommend this studio to anyone!!! Mary Kay the preschool teacher is awesome, and actually communicates and tells the kids what they are learning-great job~!!!!
