This is a response from management at MX123 of the complaint filed 10/18/2007 posted by scottie254. Since i do not have record of an order number for this order in am unable to properly rebut this complaint. We did relocate to a new location in October 2007 and perhaps this complaint resulted from our move. If any of our customers have any problems with a sell order like "scottie254" did we encourage you to call or email us at the contact info listed on our website. We have been buying from the public since 1998 and have thousands of satisfied customers and intend to have thousands more. I did not have an avenue to rebut this complaint so i apologize if it is in bad taste to leave feedback for my company. i will leave "average" feedback score to not dilute our score.

Fair prices. Smooth transaction. I used to sell in their retail store but now mx allows you to create a sell order on their website and ship your items to them. I had to go on their website and enter the upc number to get a price quote. They have a free shipping label you can print and stick to the box. I didn't have to go to the post office. I just gave my package to my letter carrier. I seems like a lot of effort but i was able to sell all my stuff in one bulk transaction and could decide at home if their price was good enough for me to sell.
