I'm here to talk about NATALIE and ... you guessed it... the hair 'down there'. I'm 45, divorced, and have had one LTR since my divorce. Then there was a 2 year hiatus, and then.... I met a hottie fireman. He was so 'well-groomed' (i.e. 'manscaped') that I started to feel self-concious about my unkempt downtown area. Being the otherwise hip and trendy girl that I like to think I am, I decided to GO FOR IT and join the bald pelvises (kind of like the flying elvises, but without hair). Logistics aside (how DO they do that?) I needed to get over my fear and face the fact that if I really wanted to do this, someone other than the fireman would be getting a really good look at my hoo hoo. So I went online and found the e 42nd street salon. To protect her privacy, I won't say who answered the phone, but she was an angel. She told me not to be scared and that Natalie would take good care of me. And when I asked her if SHE had tried it, she did not hesitate to share with me that she had and thought it was great. That 's what convinced me. Don't get me wrong. If you're REALLY shy you are not gonna be comfortable with your bare butt in the air, but if you can laugh at yourself (and maybe have a drink before you go) you will NOT be disappointed. It's only been 24 hours so I'm still not sure what to do with myself (besides stare), but WOW I don't know how Natalie did it. Well, yes I do. She took 90 MINUTES of painstaking care to get every last hair OUT of there. I was a MAJOR project. She even tried a few different landscaping ideas out before recommending that we take off the whole chalupa. Who else would take that much time and care?? I'm going back in 3 weeks . That's when the (bald) eagle will be landing. (fireman is from out of town). Too much information? Maybe. .. but you're still reading... right? So go get your great curly haircut from Nancy, but don't neglect the hair down there. Natalie is the best. Professional, meticulous, and yes, fun:)

I went in with a fuzzy head of curly hair and let Theresa go at it. This is, by far..the BEST haircut I have EVER had!! This new method of cutting curly hair is wonderful and Theresa knows just what to do for your hair..after looking at it and asking YOU what you would like. It will be much easier for me to get there after the road construction is done, but the extra travel time is definitely worth it. I also had my eyebrows waxed by Summer and they are wonderful. I never had a person spend that much time fixing my brows. I am going back soon to try a facial! This is definitely a wonderful place for curly headed girls to go..but even if you don't have curly hair, I know you would get a wonderful result. Lets spread the word to get this place going and keep it for us 'special gals"...laughing. Debby
