dr. mcmenomy and the other doctor at the clinic are excellent. they really care about each cat's health and explain treatment options and health information in a detailed yet easy-to-understand manner. support staff and vet techs are excellent too. our first cat had cancer and dr. mcmenomy helped us to understand and locate treatment options and communicated well with the cat's other doctors. he has forged good connections with vets at the u of mn, which is helpful to clients whose cats require advanced care. everyone who works at kitty klinic is clearly a "cat person" and goodnaturedly jokes that cats are superior creatures. the sense of humor is a bonus.
Pros: great service and quality care
Cons: parking can be sparse during busy times
